Society redevelopment is challenging due to unique nature of each project, existing documents of the society properties, statutory compliances involved and different opinions of the individual members. All these parameters mostly lead to a situation where collective decision making by the society becomes difficult or duration to take any collective decision is extended. By virtue of this redevelopment process moves forward very slowly and despite the efforts of Managing Committee and society members there is lack of satisfaction.

We have extensive experience in handling Redevelopment Projects and holding the hands of societies throughout the redevelopment process. We follow the Government orders issued under Section 79(A) of the M.C.S. Act 1960 for redevelopment of cooperative societies. We follow a society centric approach with full transparency and enable society members to take the decisions by providing them with accurate details based on the documents of the society. Interests of the society are protected through all the phases of redevelopment. 

The broad scope of work includes preparation of Feasibility report, Tender process, assist in Development Agreement, Preconstruction process till members vacate, Monitoring the project, confirmation of Milestones as per agreement and Monitoring the Statutory compliances of the project throughout the development.
